What's the role?
Due to our further expanding operations, we are excited for the opportunity to add to our growing team with a Senior Administration Officer to head our Administration team in Eagle Farm, QLD.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Head of Operations and overseeing the national administration team by providing direction, leadership and guidance.
* Managing high-pressure, customer-facing situations within an automotive environment, including vehicle repair delays, pricing disputes, warranty concerns and service-related complaints.
* Acting as an escalation point for Administration Officers when dealing with complex workshop and customer issues, customer complaints or service delays, ensuring timely and commercially sound resolutions.
* Communicating confidently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, technicians, service advisors and management).
* Providing a high level of senior-level administrative support to key leadership stakeholders and administration officers.
* Coordinating and overseeing day-to-day administrative operations.
* Ensuring administrative processes align with company policies and compliance requirements.
Is this you?
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or Customer Service (desirable).
* Demonstrated experience in a Senior Administrative or Office Management role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Proven experience in navigating high-pressure, complex and sensitive people situations including the handling of escalations, resolving conflict and influencing stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
