Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support to our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and resolution to their issues in a timely manner.
In addition to customer support, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of our software solutions, assisting with the creation and maintenance of training and support resources, and performing product management and maintenance tasks.
This role also involves providing support to the retail network, training and process development, hardware replacement and updates, inventory management, and marketing promotion changes.
To achieve these objectives, the successful candidate will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong teamwork skills.
