The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role owns the weekly operational dashboard, state-level utilisation reporting, and daily cashflow model, while progressively automating manual reporting processes. You will play a critical role in transforming ERP data into clear, reliable, board-ready metrics that support decision-making across operations, sales, and finance. Key Responsibilities Weekly & Monthly Reporting Produce weekly dashboards Consolidate metrics into board packs Prepare regular weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports for leadership and operational teams. Provide insights to support business decisions, process redesign, and transformation initiatives Automation & Process Improvement Transition manual Excel processes into Power BI dashboards or automated data workflows. Review recurring reports and identify opportunities for streamlining. Improve data accuracy and reduce manual intervention across reporting cycles. Financial Modelling & Cashflow Own and maintain the daily cashflow model. Support and update 3-way models. Provide insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making. Operational & Labour Analytics Analyse overtime, service worker productivity, and utilisation trends. Identify inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations. Support payroll audit processes and validate workforce data integrity. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to ensure consistent metrics. Deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership and the board. Contribute to PE-style diligence processes and growth reporting initiatives. Your Profile You are a commercially minded reporting or FP&A professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience CPA/CA qualifications desired 3-5 years' experience in reporting, FP&A, business analysis, or operational analytics. Experience working with ERP systems (MD365 highly regarded). Background in labour-intensive or services environments advantageous, Multiple EBA's, large cost is labour. Comfortable handling large datasets and high-frequency weekly reporting cycles. Technical Skills Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, modelling, automation). Power BI experience (or strong desire to develop capability). Strong data validation, reconciliation, and analytical skills. Attributes High attention to detail with strong data hygiene discipline. Comfortable managing repetitive weekly cycles while driving automation. Able to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
