Responsibilities
* Review and identify claims that do not fall within the scope of policies to ensure the correct outcome has been made.
* Liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
* Prepare and draft appropriate documentation for stakeholders when required.
* Develop customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
* Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.
About You
* Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment.
* Ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
* Technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
* High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
* Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Adept at balancing understanding, empathy, and compassion with achieving commercial outcomes for Allianz.
