About the role
We are looking for a honest. reliable and proactive individual to handle various administrative duties in our small but busy office environment. We are a close knit, supportive team of men and women and pride ourselves on providing industry leading customer service and quality products to our customers.
Reporting to the Branch Manager this is an office based role office where you will be strategically involved in the coordination of hire equipment and site accommodation to major infrastructure and construction projects throughout the metropolitan region.
**You will also**:
- Develop quotes for the supply of equipment
- Support the sales team to ensure equipment availability and supply arrangements
- Liaise with transport providers for the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment
**Skills and Experiences**:
To succeed in this role you will be someone who is a great team player who strives to achieve results. Experience in a customer service position where you have experience building strong customer relationships will be advantageous as well has being comfortable in use of a computer. We can teach you all the rest!!!
