The Role
You will be the face of Optus and the essence of the customer's experience from the moment they step-in to your stores. By showing your sincere curiosity and asking the right questions, you will uncover the customers' needs and develop solutions to satisfy those needs. You will need to be a champion of customer service excellence from start to finish with a strong desire to set your customers up for success.
