This position plays a pivotal role in elevating sales effectiveness and customer engagement. The main focus would be on developing the capability and confidence of field teams through targeted field-based coaching, knowledge and skill reinforcement and remediation, and embedding of best-practice sales methodologies. What will you be doing? Conduct regular in-field coaching and joint sales calls to observe, develop, and enhance sales performance across all regions. Deliver structured feedback and action plans based on call quality, sales process adherence, and competency frameworks. Using tools to document & track coaching interactions for transparency. Partner with Sales Leadership, Commercial Training Education Marketing & Clinical Development Managers to identify capability gaps and tailor development plans for individuals and teams. Collaborate with Commercial Training and Education to facilitate skills workshops, training refreshers, and role-play sessions focused on challenger/value-based selling, objection handling, in-services and opportunity management. Work with Territory Managers to enhance confidence in working with surgeons. Provide support to Territory Managers and Sales Managers in enhancing their knowledge of key surgical brands. Support Territory Managers in position key brands effectively in market. Improvement in Territory Manager competency scores and call in line with CT-E accreditation standards Ensure that internal stakeholders are working collaboratively to support growth with high value accounts and strategic projects. OH&S - Complies with the company’s occupational health and safety system and maintain a safe and secure working environment. What will you need to be successful? Bachelors Degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field would be desired. Valid Australian drivers license. Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, clinical environments (Orthopaedic), and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and travel extensively (approx. 60–70%) across Australia.
