Cleaning and Guest Services Management Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an accomplished Cleaning & Guest Services Manager to spearhead our cleaning operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing effective strategies for guest and cleaning services, ensuring seamless operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supply Chain Management: Ensure the team has adequate cleaning supplies and equipment to perform their duties efficiently.
* Leadership and Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to Supervisors and Managers on matters related to operations and people management.
* Client Liaison: Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner.
* Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and ensure the team operates with maximum efficiency.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, minimizing risks associated with non-compliance.
* Performance Reporting: Regularly report on performance and operational efficiency, highlighting areas for improvement.
* Team Development: Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to develop and empower your team, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
* Rostering and Scheduling: Effectively manage employee rosters to meet service requirements and operational planned variances.


About You:

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within the cleaning industry or a related field.
* A diploma or degree in facilities management, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Certification in cleaning management or a related discipline would be advantageous.
* A strong understanding of health and safety regulations pertinent to accommodation and cleaning services.
* You must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, driving accountability and continuous improvement within your team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and ongoing improvement is essential.
* You must hold a Defence Security Clearance, meeting the required eligibility criteria.
