An established wholesale home builder is expanding its high-performing wholesale division and is seeking two Business Development professionals to join the team:
* Business Development Manager (Junior to MidLevel)
* Senior Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
These roles focus on townhomes and detached housing, working with an extensive and active wholesale channel network. The business delivers its own developments, is supported by an in-house land acquisitions team, and offers an abundance of current stock and future pipeline, creating genuine momentum and strong earning outcomes.
Based in an inner-city office, your time will be split between the office and being out on the road meeting agents, channel partners and key stakeholders. Note these are not hybrid/remote roles.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in driving sales growth across the wholesale division by building, managing and expanding relationships with agent and channel partners. The senior role will take on a more strategic focused remit whilst remaining hands on with business development, while the mid-level role will suit a strong relationship-driven BDM ready to step into a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing agent and channel partners to drive consistent sales and revenue
* Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business leads and expand the database of channel partners
* Provide training, education and ongoing support to partners to ensure effective selling of products.
* Monitor and analyse channel performance, identifying opportunities to increase partner sales volumes and strengthen relationships
* Maintain strong knowledge of the residential market, competitors, pricing, products and emerging opportunities
About You
* Proven experience in business development or wholesale/channel sales within residential home building or development
* We will consider Retail Sales Consultants/Sales Managers who have had some exposure to wholesale and want to transfer across full-time
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Confident presenting products, educating channel partners and driving sales outcomes
* Self-motivated, organised and commercially focused
* Current driver's licence, own vehicle and ability to travel as required

* Forecasted OTE of $250,000–$300,000+ (base salary plus uncapped incentives) for an experienced BDM based on current earnings and pipeline
