**Team Leader**
**$26.71 per hour+ benefits**

- Team Leader position
- Wednesday to Sunday position (12pm - 7pm Wednesday - Friday, 10am-6pm Sat & Sunday)
- Close to public transport/subsidised parking on site

**THE ROLE**
- Stock management
- Taking deliveries, checking temperatures
- Have or be willing to obtain food safety supervisor certificate
- Relay feedback from clients
- Ensuring safe food handling practices are adhered to
- Provide a warm, professional, friendly, and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
- Coffee experience preferred but not essential
- Able to work in a pressurised environment
- Able to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction, service and cleanliness
- Able to lead, mentor and supervise staff. Handle customer complaints
- Closing cafe down
**THE PERSON**
- 3-5 years experience in managing a large hospitality venue
- Microsoft Office, rostering, ordering software experience a bonus
- HACCP Qualifications advantage
- Unit Manager or Supervisor experience advantage
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
