About the role: Marketing Coordinator – Broad, Hands‑On Role in Property Development & Construction
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator with the initiative and creativity to take ownership of marketing activities across digital, print, and on‑the‑ground projects. This is not your average coordinator role — you'll lead campaigns, craft content, manage platforms, liaise with external suppliers, and support brand development across Fiteni's residential communities.
What you'll do
* Develop and execute brand and project‑specific marketing strategies
* Create content and marketing material (brochures, signage, digital assets, ads, videos, EDMs)
* Manage and grow social media channels (organic and paid campaigns)
* Maintain and optimise the Fiteni website, SEO, and Google AdWords
* Set up and manage listings on Domain, REA and other portals
* Analyse campaign and website data to improve performance
* Support project launches, display homes, events and internal initiatives
* Coordinate the Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback system
* Liaise with agencies, creatives, suppliers and internal teams
What are we looking for?
* 3+ years' experience in a marketing or digital role
* Strong writing skills and eye for content quality
* Confident across Canva, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and basic CRM use
* Proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
* Data‑driven mindset with good reporting and analytical capabilities
* Industry experience in property, real estate or construction is a bonus
* Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus but not essential
