About the Role
As a key member of our remote team, you'll play an integral role in shaping our talent brand and digital recruitment strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic talent marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Write compelling, keyword-rich job advertisements to attract aligned talent
- Implement digital outreach and advertising strategies using social media and job boards
- Conduct initial discovery interviews to identify talent alignment
- Collaborate with team leads to understand role requirements and cultural fit
- Monitor campaign analytics and continuously refine strategies for optimal reach
What We're Looking For?
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Strong copywriting ability and familiarity with SEO / keyword optimisation
- Confidence working with digital tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, ATS, etc.)
- A keen eye for branding, detail, and the ability to create compelling narratives
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently with purpose
- A strong interest in personal growth, mindset development, and leadership
