Client:Our client is a highly regarded ANZ market leader with a large operational footprint. Due to continued growth and investment, they are adding a newly created Finance Business Partner to their commercial finance team.This is a genuine value-add partnering role working closely with commercial teams, key account managers and supply chain operations.
The position reports to the Head of Commercial Finance and supports performance, profitability and strategic decision making across the business.
Responsibilities
* Partner with Key Accounts, QSR and Supply Chain stakeholders
* Provide commercial insights and recommendations
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
* Analyse revenue, margins, COGS and operational efficiency
* Monitor logistics costs, inventory and procurement
* Support pricing, customer negotiations and contract reviews
* Evaluate profitability and new business opportunities
* Develop business cases and cost improvement initiatives
* Deliver reporting and insights to senior leadership
* Drive process and reporting improvements
Skills & Experience
* CA/CPA qualified
* Experience in commercial finance or finance business partnering
* Exposure to operations, logistics, FMCG/Retail or supply chain environments advantageous
* Experience partnering with Merchandise
* Strong modelling, forecasting and analytical capability
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Advanced Excel/data analysis
* Able to operate in a fast-paced environment
