Key Objectives
The key objectives of this role include:
* Drafting project management frameworks and controls.
* Compiling reports on project performance, including plan vs. actual reporting.
* Developing and maintaining master project schedules through all phases from design to commissioning and handover.
The Project Controller will also be responsible for:
* Identifying potential project risks and developing risk mitigation plans.
* Working collaboratively with design consultants, project, and operations teams to assess changes to project activities and translate these into the project master schedule.
