Part Time - Administration Assistant
· Wollongong Location – Car required
· $35 + super - 5 month contract
· 3 days per week (8am - 4pm)
We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join the team in Wollongong Location. This role supports both Operations and Corporate Finance, ensuring accurate vessel data collation, invoicing, and vendor administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and input vessel information to ensure all revenue is captured
* Process vendor invoices and Accounts Payable
* Support month-end deadlines
* Diary management, travel bookings and expense processing
* Provide general administration support to Operations and Finance
About You:
* Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
* Strong time management and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous finance or accounts experience desirable
