Routines Coordinator / Leasing Consultant | Brunswick | South East Properties
Join a National Real Estate Agency in Brunswick, in a role where you stand to be a key part of the existing residential leasing team, with a market-leading salary and benefits on offer! While the office is based in Brunswick, this role is ideal for someone based in Melbourne's South East due to the location of the properties.
Work for an established (around 10 years operating) National Real Estate Agency with offices / operations in now at least 5 states across Australia & a team of now 25-30 or so people. This role provides the opportunity to start and finish your day 3-4 times a week from home (without going up to the office) as you complete routine inspections across properties nearby.
Work in what we would describe as a modern, fresh, young and friendly office.
HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am to 1pm or 2pm)
ROLE DUTIES:
- This role will predominantly focus on the early stages of the leasing process, including picking up keys from builders, attending the property to handle keys
- Do 360 camera for ad, go through defect list and then prepare photographer to get property online.
- When there are no key handovers booked, the plan is that they will step into regular leasing including OFI's and processing applications etc.
- Residential leasing duties as relevant (getting residential homes / properties leased with tenants in them, properly & efficiently), with guidance and/or existing procedures for you to follow to be provided.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD LIKELY HAVE:
- Agents Representative Certificate (VIC) for Real Estate
- Valid VIC Drivers Licence & your own reliable car to use in the role
- Strong English communication skills
- A polite & professional, can-do attitude
- Prior experience in residential leasing / property management (required)
