About the role
As Club Receptionist, you will serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. You will also take calls and emails, answering and informing inquiries accordingly. We are seeking someone who is bright and enthusiastic, a self starter who can identify and prioritise tasks and assist other staff in the areas of office administration, club promotion, accounts, merchandise & functions and events. The role is for 2-3 days a week between Monday & Friday from 9am - 5pm with the days to be agreed with the successful candidate.

Skills and experience
Essential
* Demonstrated experience in an administration/support role within a customer facing environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
* High level of communication and presentation skills- ability to interact and communicate at all levels.
* Strong computer literacy with data-based systems and MS Office applications.
Desirable
* Previous experience within a sporting organisation with a membership base.
* Experience in a customer service role - membership servicing, front of office duties.
