The role:
We are looking for a Project Manager that will lead and deliver Phase 2 of our Data Retention and Destruction Project. As the ideal candidate you'll bring experience managing technical risk‐based projects and an understanding of data privacy standards.
You will:
* Lead the delivery of enterprise‐wide projects aligned to strategic and regulatory priorities, ensuring clear scope, governance, timelines, and resource planning.
* Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to drive effective change management and engagement, supporting adoption and improved member and provider outcomes.
* Monitor project performance across the portfolio, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements, and provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Contribute to the uplift and standardisation of Enterprise PMO frameworks, methodologies, and tools to support consistent, high‐quality project delivery.
* Promote a collaborative, customer‐focused culture while ensuring adherence to organisational policies, industry standards, and private health insurance regulatory obligations.
Contract details:
* 6‐month fixed‐term contract (with potential to extend)
* Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)

The ideal candidate:
* 3+ years of experience in Project Management/Continuous Improvement or as a Delivery Lead
* Experience in managing projects in a dynamic environment
* Strong requirements gathering capability
* Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a project team within a cross‐functional environment and to deal with multiple stakeholders, building strong effective relationships
