About The Opportunity
In this exciting and newly created leadership role you will oversee the successful delivery of digital initiatives that will impact our customers, our business and our people.
This role plays a critical part in enabling digital transformation for GMHBA products and services and ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet user needs and business goals.
You Will
Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products and services that support strategic goals.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements, shape solutions, and manage delivery roadmaps.
Lead the Digital teams using agile delivery methods which will enabling progress, unblock issues, and ensure quality results.
Contribute to project artefacts such as business cases, project plans, and delivery frameworks.
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment and accountability.
Coach and mentor teams in Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor performance and share insights, using data to drive decisions and optimise outcomes.
Lead of team of 4 direct reports across BA and QA disciplines.
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in digital delivery.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (technology discipline preferred).
Deep experience in the application of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and Lean
Experience with software delivery / enterprise agile planning tools such as JIRA or DevOps
Demonstrated experience in change implementation, with a proven ability to take a holistic view of an end-to-end process or solution
Experience in managing and leading teams, and developing/coaching individuals
Highly desirable
Experience working in financial services industry and/or Private Health Insurance industry
Agile certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-ACP).
Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience with project planning software, such as Microsoft Project
