About the Role
Join a dynamic team, in a large QLD Government Department, providing essential business support services in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality customer service and operational support across a range of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver efficient and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate travel bookings including flights, accommodation, charters, ferries, and car hire.
* Manage internal and external correspondence, including calls and emails.
* Maintain accurate records and update information systems, including Ellipse and Microsoft Office.
* Prepare and compile documents and reports with a high level of accuracy.
* Assist with the development and maintenance of procedures, manuals, and registers.
* Support general administration functions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Proven administration and customer service experience.
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with record management systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with KPIs.
* A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
