Commercial Contracts Role
A well-established commercial builder is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support a consistent pipeline of metro-based projects.
This role offers stability, structure, and the chance to work on projects that are properly planned and well resourced. You'll be trusted to manage the commercial function day-to-day while working alongside supportive Project Managers and site teams.
* Manage head contracts from award through to final account
* Capture procurement details, track costs, and prepare commercial documentation
* Evaluate variations, progress claims, and payment schedules in line with contractual requirements
