The Role
We're looking for an experienced, passionate Barber to join us full‑time in Karratha, WA. You'll service existing and new clients, maintain high standards, and help keep the shop running smoothly day‑to‑day.
Key Responsibilities
* Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and products
* Deliver high‑quality men's cuts, fades, shaves, and beard trims to client specifications
* Use clippers, scissors, razors, and styling tools safely and professionally
* Provide aftercare advice for hair, scalp, and skin
* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and WHS standards (workstations, tools, surfaces)
* Support daily operations and client experience from start to finish
* Process payments
About You
* Certificate III in Barbering (preferred) and/or minimum 3 years' relevant experience
* Confident with fades, scissors work, and beard shaping
* Professional, reliable, and takes pride in your work
* Great customer service and communication
* Friendly, team‑focused, and positive attitude

* Salary from $76,515 + super (based on experience)

* Visa sponsorship pathway available: TSS 482 (temporary) and ENS 186 (permanent residence)
