About the Position:
We’re seeking a skilled Sales Executive to take ownership of a growing account base, forge strategic partnerships, and elevate a premium product range in a competitive market. You’ll drive revenue growth across Victoria and beyond, positioning an innovative brand as the go-to choice for specialist retailers, distributors, and trade professionals. This role offers a platform to shape a rapidly scaling operation while building a standout career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand revenue and grow the retailer/distributor network.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within bathroom, plumbing, and specialist retail sectors.
* Champion a consultative sales approach, highlighting product quality and long-term value over price.
* Lead face-to-face engagements, delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to sharpen strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
* Career Progression: Clear pathway to transition into key account management or sales leadership within 18 months.
* Autonomy with Backing: Manage your territory independently, supported by a collaborative leadership team.

Candidate Requirements:
* Ideally, 4+ years of B2B sales experience in bathroom wares, plumbing, or specialist retail distribution.
* Candidates from adjacent building products wholesale sectors with transferable skills are welcome to apply.
* Demonstrated success in consultative selling, particularly with retailers and distributors.
* Expertise in promoting premium products, emphasising value and quality.
* Self-motivated and results-focused, with strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and willing to travel within Victoria, with occasional interstate trips.
