ICT Procurement Specialist's role will involve planning to completion, to ensure our client's business needs are effectively represented and managed across statements of requirements, delivery plans, contracts, statements of work and service level agreements and is fully compliant with NSW Government Procurement Framework and Policy.
Types of contracts include full spectrum of ICT products and services.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in managing complex end-to-end ICT procurement and tender processes, preferably working in a government or similar regulatory environment
- Experience in preparing tender documentation including statements of requirements, tender response schedules and contract statements of works.
- Experience in collaborating with and influencing business and IT stakeholders to manage
expectations and reach agreement.
- Experience in ICT contract negotiations will be highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with attention to detail.
- Organisational ability including managing priorities within tight deadlines.
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
- Satisfactory criminal record check result.
