About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Guest Experience Host to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading your team to meet performance targets.
You will play a vital role in training, mentoring and developing our GEH team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Responsibilities include day-to-day front desk operations, greeting owners and guests, managing bookings and providing local area information.
Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative duties, reporting and communication tasks.
Draw on your ability to drive results in a sales environment using coaching and leadership skills to elevate team performance.
Field marketing experience and a customer-centric approach ensure guests receive a warm, professional and memorable experience.

To succeed in this role you will have previous experience in a similar hotel position, proven target achievement in a GEH or sales-focused role and genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team to success.
A positive attitude, immaculate presentation and high computer literacy are also required.
Previous experience with a PMS system is advantageous.
Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
