Requirements include:
* At least 2 years' experience as a Head Chef in a premium dining setting.
* Strong appreciation for Greek cuisine and its nuances.
* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and operational skills.
* Dedication to environmental sustainability and locally sourced ingredients.
* Operational expertise in BOH management.
