About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our high performing Finance department. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this full-time opportunity will work across Western Suburbs (Ncle) Leagues Club Limited and The Executive Inn entities.
Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- End to end processing of high volume accounts payable
- Ensure appropriate manager approvals are received prior to processing
- Processing of payment runs and upload to bank
- Collate information to reconcile and process credit card statements
- Process employee expense reimbursements
- Export beverage invoices and import to stock system
- Prepare and lodge new credit applications as required
- Liaise with creditors when required
- Assist with account reconciliations
About You
With a solid background in Accounts and Administration, you will be passionate about numbers, organised, proactive, and thrive in a detail oriented environment. Additionally, you will have:
- The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks

- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and problem solve
- High level confidentiality
- Teamwork
- Minimum 2 years experience in an end to end Accounts Payable role
