We are seeking an experienced Service Consultant to join our team in Rockhampton. This permanent, full-time role will work closely with the component rebuild team to deliver exceptional customer service.

2. Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
3. E nsure accurate invoicing and timely payment by verifying parts, labour, and work descriptions.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a service-focused department, sound computing skills, including a good understanding of Microsoft AX. A high level of workplace health and safety is also essential.
