Job Title: Training Advisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Advisor to join our Health & Safety team at our Leonora Operations.
About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working 8 days on, 6 days off roster. The role may be Fly-in Fly-out from Perth WA, Drive-in Drive-out from Kalgoorlie or residential in Leonora and Laverton.
* Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and site-specific inductions for employees and contractors.
* Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions, including Verification of Competency (VoC) assessments, refresher training, and compliance modules.
* Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate IV Training & Assessment.
* Extensive experience in operating multiple types of high-risk equipment and associated supporting processes.
* Knowledge of statutory training/assessment requirements.
* Demonstrated high level of computer literacy (MS Office, TMS, Pronto, HSE management systems).
