Medical Receptionist
Casual role (approximately ***** hours per week) – Availability required to work on Tuesdays, Friday and Saturday, with the ability to work up to six hours

Duties
Manage the greeting, registration and departure of patients
Deliver quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre
Ensure that the medical centre facilities are clean and tidy at all times
Ensure accurate billings, cash collection and receipting for patient services
Skills & experience
Computerliteracy and ability to quickly learn new systems
Exceptional data entryand communication skills
Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
Ability to developqualityworking relationships
