ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an organised and proactive administrator to provide high‐quality support across our Infrastructure Services team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the smooth delivery of Council's infrastructure projects by coordinating essential administrative processes including requests for quotes, reporting, contract documentation, construction updates and project communications.
You'll work closely with Project Managers to prepare minor works contracts, draft correspondence and maintain accurate project records. As a key contact point for community and internal enquiries, you'll help coordinate responses, update the Engage Bass Coast portal with timely information on infrastructure projects, and ensure project communications are clear, accurate and customer‐focused.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys supporting a busy team, thrives on detail and takes pride in delivering efficient and reliable administrative support within a fast‐paced project environment.
ABOUT YOU
You're a collaborative team player with demonstrated experience in contract administration or contract management, ideally within an infrastructure or project‐focused environment. You bring excellent communication skills, strong customer service values and the ability to manage multiple tasks with confidence.
Your computer skills are well‐developed, you're comfortable working with different systems and you have a keen eye for detail. You enjoy building positive relationships with colleagues, contractors and community members, and you're committed to contributing to a respectful, high‐performing team.
