About Us
Evoke Living Homes is a family-owned WA builder specialising in modular homes, with all construction completed in a purpose-built manufacturing facility located a short distance from Perth. Our factory-based model offers trades something different to traditional site work — consistent workflow, minimal travel, and reliable hours.
Due to a strong and growing pipeline of work, we are currently seeking experienced tradespeople across the following areas:
* Carpenters (First Fix and/or Second Fix)
* Tilers
* Flooring Installers
The Roles
These roles suit skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality workmanship and prefer a stable, well-organised work environment.
Depending on your trade and experience, you will be involved in:
* Completing trade-specific works to a high standard within modular home builds.
* Reading and working from plans, drawings, and specifications.
* Working to clear construction schedules to meet production deadlines.
* Maintaining high standards of quality control and finish.
* Working safely with tools, equipment, and materials.
* Keeping work areas clean, organised, and professional.
* Collaborating with other trades, apprentices, and supervisors.
The majority of work is factory-based, with only occasional site work required.
About You
* Trade-qualified or experienced Carpenter, Tiler, or Flooring Installer
* Familiar with Australian industry standards
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management and attention to detail
* Professional attitude, communication, and presentation
* Comfortable working in a modular or factory-based construction environment
