The role
* Delivering workforce analytics and advisory solutions to a diverse client based
* A large part of the role will be centred on Payroll projects and initiatives, focusing on developing and delivering advanced analytical solutions
* This includes automation, dashboard development, data integration, insights and modelling
Your experience
* Demonstrated experience in Workforce, Payroll or Financial Analytics essential either in a consulting or client side role
* Technical skills in Databricks, Python/ R and Pyspark
* Previous experience of working within Consulting would be advantageous
