Business Development Manager
The role of Business Development Manager involves driving business growth across key market segments, including wholesale, inbound, retail travel, corporate and MICE.
Collaboration with national and property-based account managers is crucial to maximising group-wide performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow top-tier accounts.
* Develop new business opportunities across all segments.
* Collaborate with account managers to enhance overall performance.
* Lead presentations and negotiations with consortia, travel agents and conference organisers.
* Implement yield management strategies to ensure long-term profitability.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
* Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
