Store Leadership Role
We're seeking a Store Manager who will lead all staff in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving financial goals.
The ideal candidate will actively work the sales floor, engaging with customers and employees to drive sales growth. They will participate in quarterly financial reviews, annual budgeting processes, and other essential meetings.
Responsibilities include implementing effective staff training, conducting bi-weekly leadership sessions, and contributing to store merchandising initiatives for a professional shopping experience.
The successful Store Manager will be responsible for monitoring store supplies, ordering additional materials as needed, and exporting daily files into accounting systems regularly.
This role involves taking an active part in human resources and staffing within the store, including interviewing potential employees, completing onboarding paperwork, creating schedules, and enforcing company policies.
