**Your new role**
In this role you'll be responsible for managing the process of specifying, ordering, transit control and coordinating installation of products into different projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities will include
- Taking orders and providing quotes
- Order management
- Supporting the Sales team
- Giving phone support to technicians
- Tracking orders
- Following up on finished orders
- Sending orders to site
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A background in Sales Support & Customer Service
- Experience if different ERP systems
- High attention to details
- Able to take ownership of their role
- A strong sense of personal accountability with the ability to manage your own workload and determine priorities.
- You enjoy being part of a team and can use your initiative to work independently
**What you'll get in return**
- Located in Mulgrave with car parking facilities.
- Work a shift pattern of either 7:30-4:00 - 08:00-4:30 - 08:30-5:00
- Monday to Friday.
