Your new role
Working as a Property Claims Assessor you will be:
Managing a portfolio of commercial property claims
Accurately assess various types of claims, in accordance with company compliance and policy
Investigate and request additional information where required, to ensure the claim outcome is right for the client whilst being in line with policy
Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
Identify complaints and recognise customer expressions of dissatisfaction to ensure such customers concerns are handled correctly
Adhering to high quality assurance standards and making sure these are maintained

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in property claims assessment previously (preferred)
Experience in insurance claims assessment or lodgement (motor, general, personal, liability), required
Competent knowledge of the end-to-end claims assessment process
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Great time management skills
The right attitude and someone who wants to have a long and successful career within Insurance
