Service Centre Operations Manager
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our Dry Gas Seal Service Centre in Melbourne. This includes overseeing the DGS testing facilities, providing technical support and solutions to customers, and preparing monthly reports to monitor progress and identify future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the operations of the Dry Gas Seal Service Centre, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
* Provide technical support and solutions to customers, including field service, commissioning, and troubleshooting
* Prepare monthly reports to monitor progress and identify future opportunities
* Develop and implement process improvements within the team
* Liaise with technical departments to provide engineered solutions and advice to end-users
Leadership and Development
* Lead, manage, and develop the Dry Gas Seal Service Centre Team
* Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges
* Recruit and select qualified candidates for vacancies within the team
