**What You'll Be Doing**:
**Inspiring and Leading the Team**
- Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity and morale.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Lead by example in sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Creating a Safe and Positive Environment**
- Champion a **Safety-First** culture by ensuring all team members complete safety activities.
- Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a safe, compliant environment for employees and customers.
**Driving Operational and Sales Success**
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and budgeting.
