Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Business Partner to join our local leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving people outcomes from the factory floor to the boardroom.
About the Role:
* Lead HR strategy and policy execution at the plant level
* Drive compliance with Group standards and Australian employment law
* Partner with line managers to support workforce planning, communication, and leadership development
* Manage recruitment and onboarding for new hires
* Support union engagement and industrial relations activities
* Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and HR admin accuracy
* Design and deliver initiatives that boost capability, engagement, and retention
* Maintain reliable HR systems and support internal/external audits
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related discipline
* Previous HRBP experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
* Confident in IR/ER environments with a working knowledge of local labour law
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a bonus
* Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused with the ability to work independently
