We are seeking applications from enthusiastic and agile individuals for the position of Clerical Officer with the Department Justice.The Clerical Officer provides clerical support to the Branch, ensuring that approved administrative processes are adhered to.
This includes, but is not limited to word processing, data entry, maintaining correspondence and filing systems, attending to reception and general clerical duties.To be successful in this role you must have the ability to communicate and influence effectively, build productive relationships with clients and fellow team members, demonstrate a commitment to the Code of Conduct and achieve effective results by seeing tasks to completion.All employees are required to undergo employment screening, which includes a National Criminal History Check and other checks that may be relevant to the position requirements.There are currently opportunities in Bunbury, Kalgoorlie and Geraldton branches.ResponsibilitiesProvide clerical support to the Branch, including word processing, data entry, and maintaining correspondence and filing systems.Answer reception duties and perform general clerical tasks as required.Ensure adherence to approved administrative processes and contribute to efficient office operations.Qualifications and requirementsAbility to communicate and influence effectively; build productive relationships with clients and team members.Commitment to the Code of Conduct and the ability to see tasks through to completion.Willingness to undergo employment screening, including a National Criminal History Check and other relevant checks.We support the community, government, judiciary and Parliament by providing access to high quality justice, legal and corrective services, information and products.
