**The Company**:
Our client is an International Tier 1 FMCG company with a large presence across the Australian market. With more than a century of successful trading, the business offers a range of food products, both own branded as well as private label products for large retailers across Australia. Due to a recent internal promotion, an opportunity exists for a skilled Key Account Manager to help grow both their Petrol & Convenience & Distribution channels.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the Senior Sales leader, you will take full ownership for the Petrol and Convenience channel portfolio as well as Key Distribution clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional service and support to existing P&C customers, utilising strong customer service and sales skills
- Build and maintain new relationships with prospective customers, bringing on board new business and increased sales
- Drive promotional activities and promote our clients products to deliver increased retail space and lines where possible
- Foster strong relationships with major distribution clients across NSW/QLD.
- Remain abreast of your local market, including competitors and new potential alternative products, protecting your existing and growing business.

**Your Background**:
- You will demonstrate strong experience in the FMCG space.
- A strong relationship manager, you will effortlessly establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
- Experience dealing with major and independent distributors
- You will have a passion for the food industry and a service-orientated approach to sales, evidenced by your strong results to date
- A persuasive, influential individual, you will have a demonstrated ability to work autonomously, and be driven to exceed targets of all sorts.
