Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of residential properties in the Inner West.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all maintenance and repairs are handled promptly.
- Handle tenant queries, lease renewals, and coordinate routine maintenance tasks.
- Liaise with property owners to provide regular updates and manage expectations.
- Assist with property marketing, rent appraisals, and vacancy management.
- Ensure all administrative tasks, including lease agreements and documentation, are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management (either Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager role).
- Knowledge of the Inner West area is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
- Ability to manage a portfolio and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., PropertyMe, Inspector).
- A valid driver's license and a car are essential.
