APM is continuing its impactful work with the Transition to Work contract, and we are seeking individuals passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Batemans Bay, NSW office. As a Youth Support Worker, you will assess the needs of participants, identify barriers to employment, and provide solutions-focused approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

Responsibilities 
Assess participant needs and identify barriers to employment 
Provide solutions-focused support to enable ongoing education and/or employment 
Build relationships with participants and stakeholders to maximise job opportunities 
Collaborate with team members to achieve positive outcomes for participants 
Support colleagues to deliver high-quality service and outcomes 
Qualifications 
Eligibility to work in Australia 
A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle 
Willing to complete a Criminal History Check 
Able to pass a Working with Children Check 
Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
