About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide high-level HR and employee relations advice across the organisation. Partnering closely with leaders and the People & Culture team, this role plays a key part in managing complex ER matters, supporting organisational change, and driving best practice people outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in Allambie Heights, with the flexibility to work some days from home. Responsibilities of the role (not limited to): We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Professional that can demonstrate experience with the following: Providing expert advice to leaders on complex HR and employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, investigations, restructures and change Leading and managing complex and high-risk ER cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies Coaching and supporting managers to build strong people management capability aligned to organisational values Reviewing and contributing to the development of HR policies, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives Partnering with internal stakeholders, unions and external bodies as required Supporting broader HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with the People & Culture team About you: You are a confident, solutions-focused HR professional with strong employee relations expertise and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
