This is not a traditional dealership role. This is retail meets automotive, focused on delivering quality customer experience.
If you’re currently a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or senior sales leader in high‑performance retail (technology, telco, electronics, lifestyle) and you know how to drive KPIs, coach teams and deliver premium customer experiences – we want to talk to you.
About the Role
As Retail Experience Manager, you will:
* Lead a retail automotive store, delivering excellent customer experience
* Drive sales performance across two leading brands
* Coach and develop a small team of Retail Consultants
* Own the customer journey from first interaction to delivery, nurturing customers
* Manage pipeline, follow‑up and conversion performance
* Work closely with our dealership operations to close sales
This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will lead from the front – engaging customers, nurturing leads and winning opportunities.
