Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Concierge. The Virtual Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional concierge services, handling reservations, and offering top-tier customer service. They will communicate effectively with clients, perform receptionist duties, and ensure seamless experiences for members. The role involves coordinating various lifestyle requests and providing personalized assistance to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Qualifications
* Concierge Services and Reservations skills
* Excellent Communication and Receptionist Duties skills
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
* Experience in the hospitality or lifestyle management industry is beneficial
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field is preferred
* This is a remote role based in Melbourne. The position is full-time, working 38 hours per week, with day shifts from Monday to Friday, starting from 8:00 am or 9:00 am.
