Job Description
The Technology Risk in Change Specialist role is a key position within our organization, requiring subject matter expertise to support the Core Modernisation program in its risk management practices.
This involves providing coaching, training and/or guidance to ensure the program's demands align with operational risk and control owners' expectations.
The specialist will identify risks, ensure they are effectively addressed, monitored and transitioned into ongoing operational assurance, leveraging the Bank's evolving risk in change management practices.
This role also entails collaborating with other Risk Managers, working within the Bank's Risk and Compliance Management Framework and partnering with stakeholders across the business to uplift capability and identify efficient risk practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a Line 1 or Line 2 risk and compliance role, preferably within banking or financial services.
* Demonstrated experience in technology risk in change roles, understanding of Bank-wide risk and compliance management frameworks, policies and standards.
* A proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in technology, economics, finance, risk, compliance or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
