About the opportunity
AWX is partnering with a major civil contractor to supply experienced Pipe Layers and full Pipe Crews across key projects in Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Gold Coast and surrounding SEQ growth corridors.
If you're currently on labour hire elsewhere or on a project nearing completion and want consistent work, well-run sites, strong supervisors and a real pathway to a permanent shirt, this is the opportunity built for you.

• Consistent hours, Monday-Sat with overtime available

Role Details
• Concrete pipe laying across subdivision, infrastructure and public works
• Trenching, bedding, laying and aligning sewer, storm water and water mains
• Working to laser levels
• Installing pits and culverts
• Backfilling, compaction and trench safety
• Reading and working from plans
Pay & Hours
• $35-$40/hr + penalties + super (depending on experience and crew capability)
• Monday to Saturday
• Early starts, consistent full weeks, with additional hours as required
About you
• At least 3-5 years' experience in Pipe Laying
• Reliable transport - willingness to travel across sites
• Confined Space, White Card
• Laser Equipment experience
• Cert III in Civil Construction is desirable
Ideal for Civil Pipe Layers with concrete, water or poly backgrounds, with a Certificate in Poly or PVC or other recognised pipe laying qualifications viewed as highly advantageous.
