Accounts Officer Head Office | Finance Team Are you a detail-driven Accounts Officer who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced organisation where your work genuinely matters. Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and financial administration, with exposure to multiple entities and real scope to grow your skills. What you’ll be doing Owning end-to-end Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, EFT payments and reconciliations Supporting Accounts Receivable, from debtor setup to cash receipts and follow-ups Managing credit cards, petty cash, bank reconciliations and monthly journals Maintaining supplier, subcontractor and client records, including insurances and guarantees Assisting with payroll administration and new employee onboarding Supporting month-end close and meeting critical finance deadlines Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external finance queries What we’re looking for 1–2 years’ experience in accounts or finance administration (construction industry exposure highly regarded) Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confident using Excel, Word and Outlook (ERP exposure a bonus, not essential) Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities A team player who’s keen to learn, contribute and grow with the business Why you’ll love it here Broad role with real ownership and variety: no two days the same Supportive finance leadership and a collaborative head office team Exposure to multiple entities and systems A stable, long-term opportunity with room to develop your career If you’re organised, proactive and ready to take the next step in your finance career, we’d love to hear from you.
