Dental Assistant Job Opportunity
About the position: We're seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. You'll work closely with our dental professionals and contribute to delivering top-quality, patient-focused care.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Care: Assist patients during their visit, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
* Clinical Support: Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
* Inventory Management: Monitor dental supplies levels, ensuring the treatment room is well-stocked and organized.
* Patient Education: Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience.
* Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, as well as regulatory requirements in the dental practice.

Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is essential
* A Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting is beneficial
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Capability to address patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
